We can automatically deliver TV spots anywhere in your current media plan: any network, any local broadcast station, and any local cable operator. This significantly improves speed and flexibility, while reducing related workload and error rate for spot distribution.
What does it mean when someone says Visible World is “deployed” somewhere?
When deployed, Visible World equipment and technology are installed directly in the operating center of a network, local broadcast station, or local cable operator or are integrated with an online publisher. In these cases, Visible World can provide enhanced targeting and automated traffic capabilities.
What advanced capabilities exist where Visible World is deployed?
- Local cable: key benefits are speed and geographical targeting. Where Visible World is deployed, you have the ability to target distinct versions to local cable zones that are roughly the size of large neighborhoods. Any given market might have 1 to 100 different cable zones. The Visible World system automatically handles all related traffic instructions making it easy to customize, execute, and track local TV ad campaigns.
- Network Broadcast & Cable: key benefits are speed and more precise targeting of network demographics, program, date, or time. Where Visible World is deployed, you have the ability to change which commercial is airing within minutes or even seconds of the scheduled air time, enabling new types of near-real time audience engagement applications.
What new, enhanced trafficking capabilities exist where Visible World is deployed?
- Depending on which deployed medium is part of your media buy, Visible World has the ability to integrate your current plan into our web-based campaign management tools, reducing unnecessary duplication between your stewardship system and traffic instructions.
- Visible World can import your own customer segmentation data to drive the targeting process. This will enable you to deliver more relevant messaging to your specific customer segments.
- Visible World has developed a data integration relationship with DDS (Donovan Data Systems), and we are in the process of integration efforts with others to streamline the trafficking process for our advertiser and agency partners.
Where is Visible World currently deployed?
- Local cable: Visible World’s technology is currently deployed in over 100 cable markets, including 23 of the top 25 markets.
- Network: Visible World is currently deployed with FOX, A&E, History, MTV, MTV2, VH1, CMT, Spike TV, Comedy Central, TVLand, Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite, and the TV Guide Channel. We are in active discussions with most of the major broadcast and cable networks.
How do you get spots to networks or markets where Visible World is not yet deployed?
Visible World’s system has partnered with DG FastChannel and other digital distribution partners to deliver the spots to the any national network, local station or cable operator to fulfill any media plan and destination requirement.
Does Visible World buy media for its clients?
Visible World is not a media buying agency, however we will work with advertisers and media agencies to develop plans that will best take advantage of our advanced targeting and video customization solutions.
Visible World Conductor
What parts of my commercial can be made dynamic?
Any part of the commercial - video,audio (music and/or voiceover), graphics, text - can be made dynamic. There is no limit to the number of elements that can be customized.
Who manages the Visible World Conductor, the client or the agency?
Can be either, or both. Our clientele is split in terms of whether the agency or the client manages the tool.
Might the Visible World Conductor get in the way of the client/agency relationship?
The number one factor affecting the client/agency relationship is the state of the client's business. Use of the Visible World Conductor has been proven to improve clients' business and therefore their relationship with the agency.
Do we have to be using Visible World Conductor in order to use Visible World Connect?
No. We offer the campaign management to those clients for whom it offers additional levels of control and improved communication and workflow. If you have a simpler application, we will happily accommodate it.
Will Visible World interfere with the “creative process”?
